How to shop?
Wander around our store and add product to the shopping cart as you go. Register at checkout or Sign In as a returning customer.
Sales tax does not apply to our US customers however it will be applied for our Canadian customers.
If you are a business owner and would like to receive access to our online wholesale store, please submit a wholesale application. After reviewing your application we will create an account for you and email you your personal access information. If you are a returning wholesale partner, you can Log In straight away to your wholesale account.
Terms of Payment:
All orders must be paid prior to shipping in CAD. Secure checkout with Paypal, MasterCard and Visa, or we can process MasterCard or Visa at our office. Please contact us if you prefer to pay in USD.
Shipments will be sent by Canada Post parcel or UPS to Canada, USA and International destinations. All shipping charges will be added at checkout. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Please allow extra time if ordering over a holiday period. If we are temporarily out of stock of any item you order, we will contact you.
We package for shipping very carefully, however, once the goods are placed on the carrier, responsibility for the goods has passed on to the purchaser. Damage claims are your responsibility and must be made within one week of the shipment. If there is any damage please give us a call so we can assist you in making a claim. Damaged goods due to negligence on our part will be replaced at no cost. Goods arriving visibly damaged on the outside of the box should be brought to the attention of the delivery person. Save all boxes and packaging material in case the delivery company wants to inspect them. If goods do not arrive within 10 days contact us so we can put a trace on the shipment.
